Brian ANDERSON Obituary

Brian V Anderson 75 of Littleton, CO, passed away August 19, 2023. He was born to Victor and Vivian Anderson in Spokane, WA. Brian attended Shadle Park High School where he played bagpipes with the Highlanders. He was a gifted musician, also playing clarinet and bassoon.

During the Vietnam War Brian joined the Navy, serving on the U.S.S. Kearsarge. After his discharge, Brian received a Masters degree in Psychology from E.W.U in Cheney. He worked for a research program at the Medical Lake Primate Center. In the 1990's Brian enrolled at WSU in Pullman, graduating as a pharmacist.

Brian had a number of hobbies, including martial arts, repairing musical instruments, riding motorcycles, and gardening. He will be remembered for his fantastic story telling. Brian was fluent in sign language and volunteered with the deaf community.

He is survived by daughter Wendy, her husband Scott Shaeffer and granddaughter Sophie.

A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
