Chad RUEB Obituary

Chad Allen Rueb, 51, of Chattaroy, passed away December 12, 2021, at Holy Family Hospital.

Chad was born on August 30, 1970, to Allen and Cecilia (Grad) Rueb, in Spokane, WA.

Chad grew up in Mead, WA, and graduated from Mead Senior High School. After graduation in 1989, he served 4 years in the Army where he was thrilled to jump out of planes in his airborne unit at Fort Bragg, NC. He was deployed to the Gulf War for Operation Desert Storm, where he set up communications equipment.

Chad worked his last 26 years as a Mail Processing Equipment Mechanic, at the Processing and Distribution Center.

Chad met and married Becky Naylor, and was a devoted father, enjoying family camping trips, snow skiing, and drives to South Dakota. He always cherished time with his children, grand-children, extended family and friends.

After being divorced and being single for several years, Chad met his soulmate, Jaime Lloyd, 5 years ago and became her loving husband 4 months ago. They enjoyed dancing, snow skiing, rafting, having a beer with friends, and riding his Harley on day trips and often to Sturgis S.D.

Chad was a staple of what a man should be, he was hardworking and always pushing himself to his absolute limit. He always had knowledge and words of wisdom to share, he accepted anyone and everyone for who they were without judgement. Not much bothered Chad, he was always up for a fun time - with a twinkle in his eyes, a big hug for those that knew him, and a joke to crack. He was selfless and would do anything for anyone. In his true spirit of giving, he left us just as he lived, donating his liver and kidney, saving two people's lives.

Chad is survived by his wife, Jaime Rueb; his children, Tim Naylor (Stephani), Alizabeth Naylor (Chris), Alex Allen Rueb, Jamie Lynn Rueb; his grand-children, Nolan, Luka, and Marilynn; his mother, Cecilia Rueb; his siblings, Tina (Jeff), Terri (Wade); many nieces and nephews; and his ex-wife Becky Rueb. He was preceded in death by his father, Allen Rueb.
