Chuck was my principal at the old Otis Orchards Junior High. He was an amazing teacher, coach, and administrator. He always remembered me and was quick to relate my boyhood antics in detail. What an amazing person. Let me also say if you ever were on the receiving end of one of Chuck's hacks you never came back for a second one. The Spokane Valley just lost a legend.
