Chester Hiatt's love of laughter did not end with his death. Known as "Fight'n Hiatt" to his Army buddies and his real estate catch phrase "Good to see you". He kept people rolling with laughter because he could find humor in the most mundane life circumstances. His loving heart left a beacon of light for all in the community. His wit was uncanny. He was a poet, musician, a dreamer and a proud American Army-Air Force Veteran.
Chet was happily married to his love, Carol, for 34 years. Chet was blessed with six children: Peggy, Louise, Elizabeth (Ron), Danny (Alisha), Amy (Jeff), Julie (Aaron); and grandchildren, Brian, Molly, Sara, Simon, Ben, Sadie, Danielle, Adam, Lola and Harper.
He taught us how to shoot craps, throw knives, play poker, monopoly, and win at black jack.
Above all, Dad taught us how to Live, Laugh, and Love!
Love You. Now, Dad, Sleep with the Angels.
