Dale passed away peacefully June 29, 2021, from the after effects of a stroke.

Born in Missoula, MT to Julian and Madelyne McVay. The family moved to Millwood Spokane when Dale was a toddler. At age 13 Dale was blessed with a baby sister, "Arlys."

For High School, Dale attended Upper Columbia Academy, there he met his sweetheart, Juanette Wright. Dale went to work on the Loon Lake farm. In 1952 "Toodie" (Juanette) and Dale married. He joined the Army and was stationed in Munich Germany for two years. Upon their return to the states, he got his business degree. Dale worked in real estate, eventually owning his own business "McVay Realtors."

Dale was very family oriented, enjoying skiing (water and snow), hiking, motorcycling (dirt and street), boating and traveling. Dad often said, "work hard – play hard."
