Donald THEOBALD Obituary

THEOBALD, Donald Craig (Age 64) Donald Craig Theobald was born July 19, 1954 to Donald and Evelyn Theobald of Spokane, WA. He passed away on November 10, 2018 at Salem Hospital after a short battle with lung cancer. He married the love of his life Jeni on April 5, 1975, and were married for 43 years. Donald was alumni of West Valley High School in Spokane, WA. He lived in Spokane for 20 years before moving to Salem. He was an active member of Calvary Chapel in Salem, loving the Lord and lived a godly life. Don enjoyed football, history, camping and his dog, Patton. He will be remembered for his leadership, intelligence, humility and lighthearted attitude for life. He was a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He will be loved and missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Jeni, four daughters, Michelle Zelenka(Jake), Katie Olson (Dan), Lisa Theobald (Jason Davis), Amanda Morgan (Ben), six grandsons, Jacob, Matthew, Colin, Tom, Josh and Luke, one granddaughter, Lia, and his two older siblings Pat and Terry, He is also survived by his fur child Patton and fur grandchild Halsey. He was preceded in death by his parents. 2 Timothy 4:7 "I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Don's name to Mixteco Missions through Calvary Chapel Salem at 1550 Hoffman Rd. NE, Salem, OR. 97301. Memorial service will be held Friday at 11am on November 16, 2018 at Calvary Chapel Salem, 1550 Hoffman Rd NE. Arrangements by Unger Funeral Chapel - Mt. Angel, OR.
