Donna GRENDAHL Obituary

In Loving Memory
GRENDAHL, Donna
(Age 62)

Donna Grendahl formerly, Tiede Saager, suddenly passed on October 22, 2016 from a fall at home in Milton-Freewater, OR. She was born in Spokane, WA, graduated from Freeman HS and acquired a hygienist degree from EWU.
Donna enjoyed life in many ways: cooking, golfing, book club, pool parties, RVing, cards/games (but hated to lose), cherry orchard and gardening. She had a soft spot for animals. Her greatest accomplishment was her children. Taking pride in teaching them to cook and refereeing their soccer games. Her home was a second home to many including, Bow, a Thailand exchange student. Donna found true love with her soul mate, Jan Grendahl, and on July 4, 2016 tied the knot in a private ceremony!
Donna is preceded in death by father Harold Tiede. Survived by: mother Jeanette Tiede, husband Jan Grendahl, two children Randy (Allison) and Renae Saager, sister Mary Tiede Frey, neice Misty (Doug) Dixon, grandniece Alyssa Frey, grandnephew Christopher Dixon and great-grandnephew Dayton Morse.
A celebration of life was held October 30th in Milton-Freewater. Her outgoing personality, infectious laugh and warm smile will be fondly remembered by all who knew her.
