1946 - 2025

Jacqueline Lee Lowry, 79 passed away November 18, 2025 surrounded by her family in the comfort of her home. She was born in Ellensburg, then shortly after moved to Moses Lake where she lived out the remainder of her life. Jackie graduated from Moses Lake High school in 1964. Born with a generous heart and gift for creating beauty with her hands, Jackie found joy in sewing, creating many beautiful quilts, crocheting, music and dancing and every moment she spent with the people she loved most. Some of Jackie's happiest memories were the trips she took to Reno with her daughter and husband. Those getaways were filled with laughter; inside jokes and stories her family will hold forever. She also cherished time spent at their cabin in Montana where she enjoyed visiting with friends and watching the wildlife. Family was the center of her world, and she poured her warmth, strength and creativity into every stitch, every gathering and every act of love. Jackie shared her life with her devoted husband, Richard Lowry, and together they built a life full of hard work, laughter and community. For many years, she and Richard ran their beloved establishment, Sportsman's Tavern, where Jackie's kindness and welcoming spirit made the place feel like home to all who walked through its doors. Jackie is preceded in death by her father, Leroy Flower, her stepmother Deedee Flower and sisters Judy Larsen, Nancy Combs and Marcia Fossen. She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Richard, her daughter, Debbie Black and her three grandchildren – Ashley Hopkins, Jerid Ragan and Colby Ragan and their families who will forever carry her love in their hearts. Jackie will also be deeply missed by her sister Linda Moyer and cousin Leanne Bunn, and a large circle of family members. Her legacy lives on in the traditions she taught, the memories she created and the unwavering love she showed her family. Jackie will be deeply missed by all that knew her, but her presence will continue to be felt in the stories shared, the handmade treasures she leaves behind and the bonds she helped shape within her family. May she rest in gentle peace. Services will be held at Kayser's Chapel December 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. Gathering to follow at Sportys. Arrangements are under the care of Kayser's Chapel of Memories.
