James DUPUIS Obituary
He was born in Great Falls, MT, on November 17, 1933. After graduating from Richland High School, Jim joined the US Air Force and served his country for 23 years. After serving, Jim got his degree in respiratory therapy from SFCC. He worked at Holy Family Hospital in their respiratory department for 20 years before retiring in 1997. In his retirement, Jim enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, visiting Walt Disney World, attending Mead High School sporting events, and watching Gonzaga basketball and Seattle Mariners games. He was also a member of Covenant United Methodist Church.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Caroline Dupuis; his brother John Dupuis; and his infant son Matthew Jon Dupuis. Jim is survived by his wife of 60 years, Emily; his children Monica Jacobs (Matt), Mark Dupuis (Michelle), Melanie Schoesler (Tom); his grandchildren Dalton, Dillon (Melissa), and Daphne Jacobs (fiancé James Bradley), Jordan Miller (Josh), and Jesse Dupuis, Logan, Raeann, and Margo Schoesler; his great-granddaughter Miya Jacobs; and his sister Carrie "Kay" Minick.
A service will be held at Covenant United Methodist Church, 15515 N Gleneden Dr, Spokane, WA 99208, on July 15, 2023, at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Covenant United Methodist Church.

Dear Emily,
This is Beth Brasch from North Park club.
We are sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. But we have very fond memories of you both working out at the club...you were both our role models!
And we enjoyed our conversations about GU basketball!
Jim also remembers seeing him always on the fifth floor at Holy Family taking care of people.
Take care and we will keep you and your family in our prayers.
