Jennifer O'BRIEN Obituary

Jennifer Jean (JJ) Wynne O'Brien passed away unexpectedly at her home on August 17, 2021, at the age of 64. She was born in Spokane, on January 29, 1957, to Jean and Lee Wynne, joining a brother and two sisters. Jennifer went to Franklin Elementary School, and graduated from Joel E. Ferris High School in 1975. She spent 38 wonderful years working at Kaiser Aluminum Trentwood, where she was thought of with much admiration and respect, retiring in September, 2016.

Jennifer leaves behind a brother, Jim (Karen) Wynne, a sister, Diane Alfano, nieces and nephews, Heather Alfano, Tiffany Kennedy (Justin) Helm, Chad Alfano, Jeremy (Betsy) Wynne, Autumn Kennedy (Jason) Simmons, and Eric Wynne, and great-nieces and nephews Ben, Kenna, Hannah, Asher, Brynne, and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Wynne 1984, sister, Cynthia Kennedy 2011, brother-in-law, Ron Kennedy 2011 and father, Lee Wynne 2020. Bob Campbell, the love of her life, also preceded her in death.

Jennifer had an unwavering love for animals and was never without multiple "fur babies" in her home. She had numerous cats, dogs, chickens, ducks and horses on her little farm. She gave generously to SCRAPS, Spokane Humane Society, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Meals on Wheels, and Union Gospel Mission. She loved the outdoors and spending time working on her property, in her garden, taking care of her animals and in younger years, riding her horses. She loved spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoyed seeing her great nieces and nephews. She had a heart full of love, was a free spirit, and had the most wonderful laugh and beautiful smile. She is missed by so many who loved her, but there is solace to know that she is with so many people she loved so dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held in late July, 2022, with burial in Livingston, MT.

To Jennifer's family, We never know the path in life that is planned out for us. The amazing reality is knowing we all have a special place waiting for us. All those animals Jennifer loved and raised as well as mom and dad has welcomed her home. Hugs to all the family from a friend from Kaiser.
We worked together in the planning/inventory department.
