Gary and I were friends and co workers since 1981. He was a kind, honest, respectful man. We hunted and enjoyed target shooting together for many years. My sincere condolences to his family. I will miss him.

in my 38 plus years in the trades he was one of the best engineers I ever worked with. he took a WW2 anti aircraft gun barrel and made a black powder gun out of it and said he had to use a counterweight of like 150 pounds hanging over the gun rest because if he didn't the recoil would knock him on the ground. I still have one of those slugs he gave me.
