Hello, I was looking for a family member when I came across the sad news of John's passing. He & I were both in the same grade at Ferris highschool, 2008.
Although John & I never got to know eachother. I remember knowing of him fondly (in my peripheral view) as always being the guy who seemed to be easy going, always laughing & smiling.
I dont know how, but I recognized him immediately in this photo & located his photo in my Ferris senior year book. I just knew. More than 12 years down the line & that's the kind of positive impact John made. I dont mean any disrespect, & I hope this isn't a invasion of privacy.
I just wanted to reach out and offer my deepest condolences to John's family & friends during this difficult time.

RIP - such a tough loss. John was an incredibly sharp and funny guy always in a positive mood. Had a direct line to my funny bone and i'll remember countless times him making the bus ride to and from school the best part of my day with the most laughs when we were kids. Condolences to his family and all that are grieving.

John was the son of my dear friend and neighbor who I grew up with. They raised four fine boys and I am so saddened about the death of John. He was a wonderful father and husband and well as a son, nephew and cousin. I give the family my sincere condolences for the loss of a wonderful young man.

I battled cancer with John back in 2017- it was very hard, but having my brother with me ... side by side- we knew we were gonna stump this. We went through 6 rounds and I always looked forward to having my brother there. We kept in touch and always continued to push one another... The battle is over now Soldier - I love you man, I will continue to fight for you bro. I'll never forget you John Clifford... you were my best friend!!!

My son, Hayden, told me of many wonderful times with John from childhood through their years of both living in California. He also shared with me Johns amazing strength and tenacity fighting cancer, and his families loving support. My heart goes out to each of you. I pray for comfort and peace, and for love to surround you.
