We have known Kevin since he first came to Spokane in 2008. He was such a talented musician and such a humble man. Ed and I will miss him but he will always be in our hearts! We were so blessed to have known him! He was an incredible man!

Kevin was one of the best people I was ever blessed to know. He was raised by wonderful parents and loving siblings, collectively and individually each one with God given talents. Kevin was a man of great faith and great love for the joy of his life was his beautiful Michelle and his dear children, a family man in every regard. He changed the world of people he had contact with and touched more lives that could be counted. He will be so very missed. Prayers for God to comfort, strengthen and guide Michelle and for Renee.

My most sincerest condolences. Kevin was such a great musician and man! I have babysat Kevie, Spencer, and Marilyn several times before and was always struck by how patient and loving he was with his children. He always treated each of them as if they were a God given gift which of course, they are. He will be greatly missed by everyone but I know he is with the Lord and face to face with Jesus in heaven. Much love to your family in this hard time.

I did not know him very well. Although I know he had a love for music, his wife, a wonderful father. Love for his family. He even sang a song for me. Wayfaring Stranger. He´s home now. God Bless him

Kevin was a huge part of our local bluegrass community, and one of the finest tenor singers I have ever heard. He raised the standard of what bluegrass bands could be in our region. He was a bandleader with an artistic vision and work ethic, and he mentored many young players who came through his band, raising their expectations and their abilities, and inspiring other bluegrass players watching from the sidelines. Kevin was kind and gentle and had a warm, easy, quiet sense of humor both on stage and off. His original songs were powerful and well-crafted, and on more than one occasion I saw him move an audience to tears with the beauty of his singing and playing. Kevin will be sorely missed in our bluegrass community.
