Years ago my husband and I were fortunate enough to play golf with Kevin and his daughter Annie. It was a very special day with very special teammates. Both Kevin and Annie were nice as pie. We knew Kevin primarily through his lovely wife, Kathie, who is a special friend of mine. She was Kevin's rock as he made his very difficult medical journey. He is at peace now, and we wish for Kathie and Annie to find future peace and happiness, always knowing that Kevin is still watching out for them.

Hi Kathie,
Perhaps you remember me from Deaconess Medical Center where I first met Kevin. I am glad to know he lived a very good life. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss.
Sincerely, Nancy James
