Melvin OIEN Obituary

Melvin Clarence Oien went to be with the Lord on Jan. 16th, 2025. He was born on Sept. 28th, 1935, in Potlach, ID, to Milton and Blanch Oien. He grew up in Spokane and attended Holmes, Havermale, and North Central Schools. Mel is survived by his three adult children, Michael, David, and Tamera; and his two brothers, Jerry and Mike. In addition, he had 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. He enjoyed a long careerin the Printing/Sales business. He enjoyed golfing, skiing, and traveling with friends and family! He was always very positive about life and enjoyed it to the fullest! He will be missed by all, but we take comfort in knowing he is with our Lord and Savior! A private Memorial will be held for him in May in honor of celebrating his life!

I made a typo in my post. Mel was a great step father. Couldn´t ask for better.

Our thoughts are with you.
