I have tremendous memories of spending time with Monte. As a first cousin, I had opportunities to hunt with him and his dad (Levi) and my dad (Ken) in the early 1980's when I was still in high school. Pulling the trailer up to the top of a mountain in Stevens County, visiting with him about his relationship with God and being a Christian and a father are recollections in my mind. I look forward to seeing Monte again in heaven where I know he is waiting for his family and friends who know Jesus to join him.
