Pamela HOHNER Obituary

Pamela "Pamee" Hohner (nee Abramson) (73) passed away at her home in New Mexico on June 15, 2021. Pam was born January 13, 1948 to Albert and Blanche. The younger of two daughters, Pam grew up in Spokane, WA and graduated from West Valley High School in 1966. Shortly after graduation, she moved to Cheney where she began attending college. She later joined Up with People, which fueled her love for travel and performance through singing. Pam loved to sing and her passion moved her to Las Vegas where she had many successful years of performing on stage before returning to the Pacific Northwest.

Her love for the arts spanned multiple disciplines that included a dance studio she once owned with her husband Robert and a lifelong passion for all things artistic. She loved to paint, by herself or with friends, family, and even acquaintances. While her painting started out with her grandmother, mother, and sister it eventually led to her earning a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from Cornish College of Fine Arts and later opening up an art studio in Millwood, WA (Pamee's Art Studio). She continued this passion into retirement where she settled in New Mexico and continued to expand her art with southwestern themes.

Pam is survived by her husband Robert; her sons Alex and Ian; her sister Paula; and many other family and friends who adored her.
