KVASNICKA, Steven Jun 13, 1951 - Nov 30, 2025 Steven Michael Kvasnicka, at the age of 74, was called home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2025. Cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Steven will be missed deeply. Born on June 13, 1951, in Spokane, WA, Steve grew up in Spokane Valley and graduated from Central Valley High School in 1969. After high school, he went to work for the Railroad. He worked 43 years for the Railroad before retiring in 2013. Steve enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Steve is survived by Pamela, his wife of 53 years; son Jeffrey Kvasnicka; son Brian Kvasnicka and his wife Alicia; granddaughter Makayla Kvasnicka; brother Greg Kvasnicka; brother Doug Kvasnicka and his wife Sheila; sister Karen Kvasnicka-Beslanowitch; and many nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Kvasnicka, and mother, Nellie Kvasnicka. A memorial service for Steve will be held Friday, December 12, 2025, at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, located at 1306 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA 99206, at 2:00 pm.
