Boyle of Austin, TX and Bradley Hughes Boyle of Spring, TX; and several nieces and nephews. Susan was supported in her eight months of treatment with love and encouragement by Geri and Kathi and her friends. Her brave determination was to live her remaining life on her terms. She enjoyed many years of softball, including several years as a member of the semi-pro team Feds. She enjoyed golfing, casino gambling and travel. In her youth, Susan was a gifted athlete and particularly excelled at softball. She graduated from North Allegheny High School and attended Ashland College and earned her AS degree from Point Park College. Her family and friends will celebrate her life with a memorial service at THE CHARLES B. JARVIE SPRINGDALE FUNERAL HOME INC., 801 Pgh. St., Saturday, August 4, 2012, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. I still remember our softball days and the day at skingers when we won the championship and as we were leaving the bar, sue ran up on the hood of my brand new(lol) car and down the other side. She was so much fun and is truly missed.

Sue and I played softball together for many years as member of the FEDS softball team. After the games we would go to skingers bar and have a great time. She was always entertaining us. She played left center field and I played left field and we had a blast out there during the games. She was a great person and a great joy to know.

Just told a friend the other day about how Sue, Alana, my sister Kathy and I tried out for the Senior talent show singing folk songs. Sue played the guitar.
I still remember how Sue constantly made us laugh!!!

It had been so long since I've heard from Susie that I wanted to find out why. I am so sorry to hear of her passing! I knew her through my father from his days at Cross. She did so much there that when I was little I thought she must be I charge right after my Dad...years later I still believe that Cross could not have run as well as it did with out her! I will miss her sense of fun and her huge capacity to give to others...and then give more. I wish only peace and the best memories to her partner and friends. Melissa Waters

Brad - I don't know if you remember me, but Sue and I hung around together all through high school. I remember our multiple trips to the Mall, because God knows, there was nothing else to do. I remember a weekend when she had your dad's car, with limited mileage, so we tried driving backward, thinking it wouldn't record the mileage. I'm so sorry to hear of Sue's passing. She was one of a kind, and will be missed by all. I can still here her voice and the laughter that always followed.

Geri, Kathie, family& friends,
Sue touched many lives and brought joy to those who loved her. I went to school with Sue @ NA & also worked with her for 30 years @ Cross Electronics. She was one of a kind and one who had a generous heart. Although the Lord has chosen to take her home with him we will always be blessed with the fond memories she gave us. May God be with all of you at this difficult time and know that others are keeping you in their prayers.
