Terry WEBB Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Terry Lynn Webb on August 30, 2023. Terry was a beacon of light to all who knew her, radiating love, kindness, and warmth throughout her life. Her departure from this world was in the comfort of her home in Vancouver, WA, surrounded by loved ones.
From a young age, Terry was taught the values of family, love, and kindness. Her beloved parents, Dorothy and Morrie Silvey, and cherished siblings, Mike Silvey, Val Singer, and Stacie DeGeest, were foundational in shaping the wonderful person she became.
The love story she shared with her devoted husband, John Webb, was one for the ages. They began as best friends which turned into high school sweethearts. After graduation, John joined the Army and was eventually stationed in Germany. Terry soon followed, and they began their lives as husband and wife in early 1975. Together, they navigated the journey of life with grace, understanding, and an unwavering bond.
Together, John and Terry chose Vancouver, WA as their forever home, where she raised her beautiful family and formed countless cherished memories. She was deeply committed and engrained in her local community, showing every soul she met the same love and caring that she was known for.
Terry's legacy is carried forward by her children - Ryan Webb, Kelly Keller, Eric Webb, and Jamie Webb. She was their constant cheerleader, always supporting, encouraging, and celebrating their growth and every milestone in their lives.
Her role as a grandmother to five adoring grandchildren, Joseph, John, Molly, Alexander, and Owen, was one that she cherished and brought her immeasurable joy.
Terry's traits of kindness and compassion were unparalleled. She had an innate ability to see the best in people, understanding that individuals were not defined by their mistakes or past. This perspective, combined with her genuine warmth, made her a beacon of understanding and grace to all who knew her.
Her family would like to express their gratitude for the love and support they've received. Each memory shared, each story recounted, stands as a tribute to Terry's impactful life.
A celebration in honor of Terry's life will be held on September 30, 2023, at 2 pm at 212 S. Progress Rd., Veradale, WA 99037. We invite all who knew and loved her to join us in remembering and honoring her legacy.
Terry was an avid gardener, finding joy and serenity among flowers and plants. In homage to her passion, the family would deeply appreciate flowers sent to the celebration location.
Terry's memory will forever remain etched in our hearts. May she rest in peace, her spirit watching over us with the same warmth and love she always did.
