Joyce Marie Mortier, age 93, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on June 7th.
Joyce was born June 3rd, 1930, in Stockholm, South Dakota, to Lloyd and Matie Cook. She married Ralph Mortier in 1949 in Spooner, Wisconsin, where they raised their four children.
Joyce was a woman of many passions. She loved knitting, crossword puzzles, coffee at Nick's with the girls and bridge. As the family grew, her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Joyce lives on in the cherished memories of family and friends and will be greatly missed by all of us.
