Ronald (Ron) James Langdon passed away peacefully Monday, Nov 4, 2024, at St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth, MN. He was born May 16, 1936, in Minong, the son of James Henry and Dorris Darling (Pierce) Langdon. Ronald was united in marriage to Gloria Thayer Nov 30, 1963, in Gordon, Wi. Ron was a loving father to Douglas, Timothy, Diane and Patrick. He was a welder for Fraser shipyards and many other boilermaker construction. He had a love for music and sang karaoke at many places. He also owned a video store in Minong and knew many good people and loved seeing them daily.
He built his home in Trego and lived there till his death.
He is survived by his brother, Joseph (Bernadine) Langdon, sons, Douglas (Diana), Timothy (Lisa) and Patrick, and daughter, Diane Langdon. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Dorris, sisters, Velma Kending, Doris Jean Beam, Mary Ellen Harper, Allene Grissom. Services at VA CemeteryFriday, November 15, at noon, Spooner, Wi. Lunch at Trego Town Hall following.
