News Death Notice

JOHNSON, Daniel F. 51, of Bellefontaine, formerly of Plain City, died February 19, 2011 at home where he resided with his sister and her family after a short battle with cancer. He was born on October 16, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to Frank Johnson, who survives of Lakeview and Juanita (Boysel) Willis who survives of Springfield (formerly of Bellefontaine). He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilbur and Ruth Boysel. He is survived by his daughter, Abigail (Mike) Zorumski of Perryville, MO and his son, Daniel (Nicole) Johnson of Dublin (formerly of St. Genevieve, MO), a sister, Terri (Robert) Williams of Bellefontaine, a brother, Dustin (Stacy) Johnson of Fairborn, OH , two grandchildren, Koden and Braylen Zorumski along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. He was a graduate of Fairbanks High School in Marysville, OH and moved to Bloomsdale, MO where he was employed by Sunnen for 12 years before retiring two years ago. There will be a Celebration of Daniels Life, Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:30 PM at the home of his sister, Terri Williams, 1331 County Road 10, Bellefontaine, Ohio, 43311 for all family and friends to attend. Memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes or to the Logan County Cancer Society. Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine assisted the family with arrangements. Dear friends, We would like to express our sympathy in the loss of Danny. I remember his grandparents talking about "Boone". This has to be one on the hardest things to do but God will give you strength,you will be in our prayers. Sincerely Bonnie and Ray Logan
