News Death Notice

ROACH, Sr., Daniel D. 64, of Springfield, left his family on earth to reunite with his loved ones in Heaven on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. He was born on November 10, 1949, the son of the late Bill R. and Betty J. (Heistand) Roach. Danny is survived by his beloved wife of almost 40 years, Donna Roach; children, Christine (Dave) Beach and Dan Roach Jr. (Holly Massie); grandchildren, Amber, Jonathan, Breanne, Gabby, Lauren and Blaze; brother, Bill and Marcia Roach;sisters and brothers in-law, Judy and Don Beard, Woody Allen and Kathy Gaddis; and numerous other great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was reunited with his parents; son, Scott Roach; and brothers, Rick and Terry. He was a member of the Machinist Club, Moose Lodge and Union Club. Danny was a loving and kind husband, father and grandfather who treasured his family and friends and never knew a stranger. Viewing will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 11a.m. - 1 p.m. at JACKSON LYTLE & LEWIS LIFE CELEBRATION CENTER with service beginning at 1 p.m. Minister Jerry Robbins officiating. Burial to follow at Asbury Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to Danny's family at www.jacksonlytle.com
