WHEELER, Eric Michael 22, of South Vienna died December 30, 2013. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 12, 1991. Eric was a 2011 graduate of Northeastern High School and CTC in carpentry, where he excelled in powerlifting and football. He was working for International Truck and Engine and a member of UAW Local 402. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents Estill & Maxine Gillum and Virgil & Ruth Shaffer; aunt Anita Wheeler; and great uncle Johnnie Gillum. His survivors include his mother and step father Melissa & Timothy Reisinger; father Marc Butkiewicz; grandparents Don & Sue Wheeler and Jim & Beverly Reisinger; sister Megan K. Reisinger; several aunts, uncles and cousins including uncles Brent & Misty Wheeler and Jim & Geri Reisinger; aunts Vicki Reisinger, Miki Wheeler, Cheryl & Rob Powell; cousins Alex & Bailey Wheeler, John Taylor, Megan Lewis, Kelsey Stamper, Anna Brown and Ross (Stephanie) Brown; best friends Devon Kaffenbarger, Meghan Rucker and Hilary Blevins; Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 Pm in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A service to honor Eric will be Friday at 11:00AM in the Grace Missionary Baptist with Rev. Orbie Estep. Burial to follow in Vernon Asbury Cemetery. Memorial contributions are requested the Northeastern Athletic Boosters 1480 Bowman Road Springfield, Ohio 45502. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com

Missy and Tim, I am Heather's sister, Meghan's Aunt. I want you to know that we share your grief. Meghan cherished Eric. He kept in touch with her after Heather's passing and it meant so much to her. We did not know him long but Heather always spoke of him with such love and sweetest. We have lost another soft sweet soul on this earth. I pray for healing energy, understanding and love to surround you and comfort you. Thank you for making Meghan feel such a part of your lives and allowing her to honor Eric.

Like everyone, I have no words to make anything better. I am so, so sorry! I know Eric was your best friend...the sweetest, most loving and caring young man I've ever met. Always, so polite any time I'd see him. Remember when he was just a little guy and he had to "put up with" those Home Interior meetings? lol What a trooper...

God needed him Mis, you will see him again someday, count on that! Just think of the lives he will save as well..he is still helping others..organ donors rock!!!

Eric worked for us at Harmony Farm Market in the fields. He was an awesome worker and took pride in what he accomplished. We fell in love with him quickly and we were blessed to have him in our lives for several years. He had awesome parents in Missy and Tim who always looked out for what was best for him.He was always smiling,happy and such a loving and respectful young man. Darwin and I hearts are broken over the loss of a great person, He left us with awesome memories!
