Never forget #21 with Jack driving and #31 with AJ driving at the Milwaukee Mile. I will never ever forget. He was one of my first inspirations at the ripe old age of 12. Peace, Jack Bowsher

As I have had the honor to be a part of the ARCA family and hold Julie's hand as we had silent prayers at the track, I am having my prayers for all of you, now. As Jack made things clear, this was a celebration of his life, not a death. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.

As I was looking at the photo books yesterday at the VFW, he had some really wonderful years. I look up to the entire Bowsher Family for what they stand for, not just on the track. God Bless.

Julie and Family. You will remember me as well as my brother, Sara Gill and Fred McDaniel. Our memories of Jack and the older boys go way back, almost 60 years. We grew up around Jack and his brothers and to this day, one of my best friends is his sister Betty. We have been able to laugh and cry in the past few days, we have a lot of memories and I am sure as time passes your memories will be a comfort to you and your Family. Jack had a real passion for racing from an early age, and has certainly earned a "Checkered Flag" on this day. Bless you and your family. Sara & Merlin Gill and Fred McDaniel.

I am very saddened to hear of the loss of Mr. Bowsher. My grandfather Auburn 'Red'Tolliver worked with Mr.Bowsher for many years while a I was a little girl. My grandfather always had wonderful things to say about him. On the one occasion that I did meet Mr. Bowsher as a child I remember him being so very nice. I will have our family in my prayers.

My prayers and thoughts to all the Bowsher family. I had the pleasure of working with him in 1965 and he had a big impact on my life. What a great year that was. He was a man liked and respected by all that worked with him. I will be coming up from Cincinnati to pay my respects. My father worked with Jack at Jack Mefford Ford and they were good friends also. I'm sure they are telling some racing stories now.

I met Mr. Bowsher for the first time in 1967 at Chicago's Soldier Field. He was the first one at the track that day. He had one of his sons, a little fellow at the time, with him and we chatted a bit. He was a racer's racer.

Few people have ever influenced the way I think and do things--but Jack did. I am glad I got a chance to thank him for this before he departed. Rest In Peace Jack. The checkered has waved !!! Jim
