Family-Placed Obituary
HOFFMAN, Jason E. 30, of Springfield, died at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2007 in The Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born October 30, 1976 in Aurora, Colorado to Daryl Hoffman and Rhonda Summers. He had been employed as a cook at T.G.I. Fridays. Survivors include, in addition to his parents, his wife, Denise (Inscoe) of Springfield; one son, Seth Hoffman; one step-daughter, Karley Inscoe; a step-brother, Jeremiah Summers; father and mother-in-law, James and Jackie Inscoe; grandparents, Betty Rapp of Florida and Eugene Harkins of Springfield; great grandmother, Margie Harkins of Springfield; his best friend, Donald Miller and Cindy, Calvin and Family. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME with visitation beginning a half-hour prior.

I am so deeply sorry to here about the loss of your loved one. Whether he was your husband, your brother , your son, or your daddy, I hope that soon you can reflect on the memories you all have shared with him. As I teenager, I grew to love Jason & Jerimiah as my own brothers. I will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We are so sorry to hear about Jason's death. We just heard or we would have been at the funeral. We enjoyed Jason's company many times when he was play football with Donnie over the years. Rhonda, if you need to talk give me a call. My number is in the book.

Denise, Jamie and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your children for the loss of your husband and their father. We regret that we never had the opportunity to meet him. The deep love you have for him makes us aware that he was a wonderful person. May God bless you and watch over you and your children. We will keep you in our prayers....
