To Gwen and the Scheffel Family,
Dr. Scheffel was a fantastic teacher and mentor to me during my days at Wittenberg. He was a true friend and a phenomenal educator. He will be greatly missed. All my sympathy and thoughts to you at this time.

Mrs Scheffel and family, Our deepest sympathy to you in your loss. I went to High School with Kenny and we were in music classes together. He was an exceptional classmate and even then, I knew his music would take him far. Blessings to you and your family.
