STEINMAN, Mary Lou 87, of Springfield passed away Friday afternoon March 11, 2011 in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born August 27, 1923 in Springfield the daughter of William A. and Gladys (Welker) Maute Sr. She was a former member of St. Mary's Church and was a member of St. Raphael Church. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Steve Taylor, Springfield, granddaughter and spouse, Stephanie and Chris Monroe, London, OH, brother and sister-in-law, William A. and Norma Maute Jr., Springfield and a niece, Jill Powell, Columbus, OH and a nephew, Jeff Maute, Columbus, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene "Gene" in 2008. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Conroy Funeral Home with Deacon Norm Horstman officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or the Springfield Paramedics. You may express condolences at conroyfh.com.
