Ruby Tambling Obituary
News Death Notice
TAMBLING, Ruby M. 87, of New Carlisle, Ohio went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, October 27, 2009. She was born September 3, 1922 in Casstown, Ohio the daughter of the late Robert & Nettie (Flora) Artz. She is survived by a stepson, Phillip R. (Kathy) Tambling and two grandchildren; Philip John Tambling and Christine Marineau. Also surviving are brothers; Samuel (Kay) Artz, Marvin (Carol) Artz; sisters, Thelma Hinkle, Anna Hodge, Vinnie Whitman, Elizabeth (Donald) Shellabarger, Esther (Lowell) Sinclair, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Phillip A. Tambling; brothers, Alvin and Thomas; sisters, Rachael and Ina. Ruby was a kind and thoughtful sister and friend to many, always putting others needs before her own. Her presence will be greatly missed. A celebration of Ruby's life will be held at 12:00 p.m. October 30, 2009 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with Rev. Richard McIntosh of the New Carlisle Missionary Church officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the New Carlisle Cemetery.
