Gloria Jean (Thomas) Caler, 79, of Pace, Florida (formerly of Patterson Township, Pennsylvania), passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, May 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
Born August 21, 1945, She was the daughter of the late George and Shirley Jean Thomas (Burns). Gloria spent many years serving her community as a waitress at Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe, where she was known not only for her hard work but also for her genuine care for everyone she met. She had a heart that gave endlessly and a spirit that remained youthful, thanks in part to the close bond she shared with her grandchildren.
A deeply devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, she was the heart of her family-always present, always giving, and always full of love.
In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Ronald B. Caler, and son, Jeffery Caler.
