Cook, Dr. Colin B.
Dr. Colin B. Cook 86, of Stamford, CT died on Jan. 1, 2014. He was born on Jan. 20, 1927 to the late Betram and Anna Marie (nee Forster-Jones) Cook in London, England. He was a physician in the British Navy from 1953- 1955. He was the attending Staff Psychiatrist for St. Joseph Medical Center in Stamford, CT from 1975 -1985 and most recently running a private practice of psychiatry in Stamford, CT. Dr. Cook was predeceased by his loving sister Jacqueline Marie Cook Clein in 2005. A service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014 at 1 PM at Hawthorne Funeral Home, 21 West Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, N.Y. Interment Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y. HAWTHORNE FUNERAL HOME 21 West Stevens Ave
