Leonard Cohen Obituary
Leonard G. Cohen, 79, of Palm City, FL, died April 14, 2013 in New York City. Born in Stamford, CT, he had been a resident of Palm City for 31 years coming from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He had been a longtime resident of Radnor, PA. He was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Before retiring, he was a financial advisor with Prudential Securities/ Wachovia Securities in Stuart, Florida for 20 years. Previously, he was with E.F. Hutton in Stuart for 10years He was a former member of Temple Beit Hayam, Stuart. Survivors include sons, Jeff S. Cohen of Palm City, David L. Cohen of Berwyn, PA and Joseph M. Cohen of Media, PA; a sister Barbara Sundblad of Palm City and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Judith Cohen. SERVICES: A Memorial Service will be held at 9:00 AM on April 18, 2013 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with Rabi Jeff Goldwasser of Temple Beit Hayam, Stuart officiating. I fished with your dad many times on his boat the "Hook Shot" and knew that those were some of the happiest times of his life. He LOVED fishing!!! I will remember him fondly!! I only learned of his passing today when I wanted to share a fishing story with him.- Marty Kedzierski

Len and I were very good friends for the past 10 years and I will really miss his calls and suggestions he gave me. I would appreciate it if I knew what caused his death. My condolences to all of you....He really loved his family. Marcia Bigney
