My condolences to the entire Cingari family. I worked with Chip many years ago at the first Grade A on Shippan Avenue. He was a wonderful friend. We always had the best times and many laughs until Sam caught up with us and made sure we were working hard. I am so saddened to read the news. I'm sure you have many happy memories to cherish. Chip was always so cheerful and full of humor.

To the Cingari Family,
On behalf of myself and so many in our Stamford community, I want to extend our deepest condolences on your loss. Your family has been a cornerstone of this city for generations-through Cingari and ShopRite, you´ve nourished not just our homes, but our hearts.
For years, your store has been more than a place to shop. It´s been a trusted, familiar part of our lives. A place where we were always greeted with kindness, where community came first, and where your family´s values of integrity, generosity, and service shone through in everything you did.
We are heartbroken with you, and we stand beside you during this difficult time. Your loss is felt across Stamford, and your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Please know how much your presence means to all of us-and how grateful we are for the legacy you continue to build.
With heartfelt sympathy and unwavering support,
Donnalisa Persiani

My Thoughts, Prayers and Condolences to the Cingari Family. I met Chip while we were in High School and years later we played Softball on the Grade A Softball Team. Whenever I ran into Chip, he always had a big smile and would go out of his way to make sure he said Hello and the first thing he would ask was, how was I doing. Chip was a real Gentleman and it was my pleasure to know him. He was one of the nicest Men I have ever met in my Life. Rest in Peace Chip.

From the little store opposite Huber´s Ice Cream Company to the stores that cater to the neighborhoods, the Cingari family must be proud to be such great supporters to the local communities, especially Stamford, with great thanks to Chip. They have continued to provide positions and patiently train those new to the community, all while putting the customers first.
Condolences to the Cingari family for their loss of a life well lived, and the loss will be felt by many individuals as well as organizations. Farewell to a helpful, kind and caring gentleman.
