Michael Salazer Obituary
Michael J. Salazer, 87, of Hazleton passed away Tuesday in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Serafino and Albina (Gadler) Salazer.
Michael was a member of Most Precious Blood Church, Hazleton, and worked as a draftsman for Mack Motors, Allentown, prior to retiring.
He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by many brothers and sisters.
Surviving are his daughters, Tracy Walker and husband, Richard; and Terri Geen and husband, Robert; a sister, Marie Milardi; and brother, Sylvester Salazer; along with five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday in Most Precious Blood Church.
Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Drums.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. until the beginning of Mass Friday at the church.
Fierro Funeral Service Inc., Hazleton, is handling the arrangements.
