Patrick Petrilyak Obituary
Patrick John Petrilyak, 86, of Hazleton, passed away Dec. 28 in Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre.
He was born in McAdoo, son of the late Michael and Mary (Chenasky) Petrilyak. He was a member of St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he was a crew chief on B-47's attaining the rank of staff sergeant.
Prior to retiring he was employed at Beamis.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Julie; and the following brothers and sisters, John, George, Stephen, Michael, Sue Kolbush, Gracie Gulas, Helen Petrilyak, Margaret Durso, Mary and Ann.
He is survived by his brother, Joseph Petrilyak, Hazleton; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frank J. Bonin Funeral Home Inc., Hazleton, and are being held at the convenience of the family.
