Thank you all for your kind and heartfelt expressions of sympathy. Tom would be so touched by the fond memories of your times with him and would be so appreciative of the support you´ve given me, his sister. When I was looking through his papers, I found a letter he had meant to be found before his remembrance was written. He had a few items he had wanted mentioned. Unfortunately, I did not find the letter before his memorial service, so I´d like to honor his wishes here. "When I leave this earth please put in my obituary that I worked for the Hershey Company for 40 years...I was a Silver member of the Travelers Century Club, having been in over 150 countries. I could speak four languages. I was a member of the Heights Gun Club." I was sorry that I had failed to supply these facts to be included in his obituary. They were so much a part of who he was and what he enjoyed, and what made him so special. Thank you again for your kind remembrances. And I will end with a couple of photos, not of the best technical quality, and not that recent, but I think they capture his spirit.

On behalf of Hazleton High School Class of 1973, I would like to extend our sincerest condolences. I have dedicated the Home Page on our alumni class website In Memory of Tom. Please feel free to visit www.HHS73.net to see our tribute, which will also be held on our "In Memory" Page forever. Thoughts and prayers are being sent to you from fellow classmates saddened by this loss.
On a personal note, I grew up with Tommy on the Heights and can't express the sadness losing another friend/neighbor/classmate way too soon. In Ukranian tradition, I will be planting a Viburnum in his memory.
Love, Light & Peace to you and yours,
Karen M., Website Administrator

Tom, like his brother, was taken from us too soon. He will be missed by many, but he had a long road of illness, that now will be over. Say hello to Dave for us because you will be reunited and now be able to resume your many debates. Go in peace.
