Dear Helen - You and Andy were the landlords of my first apartment when I was 21 and that was 31 years ago - hard to believe. You were both so nice and welcoming. Anything I ever needed done, Andy was right there. He always reminded me of my Dad and that is a great honor in itself. Sincere thoughts are with you and your family.
