Luke, Mary, Jane, Dirk and the entire Leszyk Family, We are very very sorry to see this loss. I remember Dawn years ago at the hospital. In typical Leszyk fashion, Dawn was always a pleasure to cross paths with. She was such a positive person, always having a smile. She was certainly a great lady!

To The Leszyk Family: Dawn was a wonderful human with a very kind and caring heart as evidenced by her wonderful kind and caring children. I know she worked hard raising all of you and then as a Nurse at SJH for many years. I will think of her and John often (every time I see their picture). May your joyful memories of her life well lived help you through this difficult time!

Jennifer and family,
I am sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed working with Dawn. She was kind to all and fun to work with. I remember a Halloween we dressed in our son’s fatigues for work, there was a blue and when Dr. Schenone answered the blue he thought he was back serving in Desert Storm. She will be missed.

I totally enjoyed working with Dawn she was a remarkable individual who was always happy even as the dementia progressed. My heart felt condolences to her family, she was truly one of a kind, and will be missed, especially her blond hair and red lipstick smile.
