Horseheads - Age 65 of Horseheads, NY. He was born October 8, 1955 in Battle Creek, Iowa, son of late Virgil Albert and Fanchon Kay (Dahleen) Neubauer, and passed away on Wednesday, April 14th 2021.Family and friends are invited to visit the First United Methodist Church of Horseheads, 1034 W Broad St., Horseheads, NY 14845, on Friday, April 23rd 2021 from 11 am to 1 pm. Dean's memorial service will be held there at 1 pm. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, in Elmira. Those wishing may make a donation in his name to Habitat for Humanity.
