Elizabeth Nichols

Elizabeth (Hulbert) Age 88, of Villa Serene Apts., Elmira Heights, New York, passed away on Friday afternoon, September 15, 2006. Friends my call at the HOLLY-KECK & BAKER, INC. FUNERAL HOME on Monday, September 18, from 2-4 p.m. Interment of Betty's ashes will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, at the convenience of the family. A memorial service was previously held for Betty at the family's request. Flowers are welcomed or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. She is survived by eight children, Joyce Christian Mohr of Sachse, TX, Donna Deuel of Corning, NY, George Nichols of Livingston, TX, Phyllis Nichols Miller, Gary Nichols Miller, Ronnie Nichols Miller, Michael Nichols of Beaver Dams, NY, Patricia Nichols Gorst of Binghamton, NY; 20 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Betty had great pride in caring for the elderly and previously worked at the Eclipse and Thatcher Glass. She loved to dance and enjoyed country music. Betty will be missed by family and friends, and especially by her beloved cat, Lashs.
