Sorry to read of Franks passing. Frank and I go
back many year when we both worked for Thatcher Glass in Elmira. I considered Frank a close friend. I remember helping him with the Bleach business he was running on the side at the time (we had lots of laughs over that). There were many good times, and I remember that I had the great pleasure of bowling on the same alley with Frank when he rolled a 300 game. Exciting! Frank was a heck of a guy and I know how very much he will be misse all.

Hello, I was so sorry to hear of Frank's passing! I am the son of Augustine John Cesarini and I remember Frank very well, he always had a big smile on his face when I would see him at the bowling alley. He will be missed by everyone that knew him!

Franny Nisco was a classmate of mine starting at St. Anthony's grade school and on through EFA high school. He was smart, funny and a good kid. We met again at our 50th class reunion 11 or so years ago. He was still funny and a happy person. Go with God, Franny, and R I P.
