Age 84, of Beaver Dams, NY, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility. She was born on May 20, 1932 in Elmira, NY to the late William and Gladys (Wood) Spiak. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Hart. Gladys is survived by her children, Linda Scotti of Daytona Beach, FL and Michael Hart of Tallahassee, FL; brother, William (Lorraine) Spiak Jr. of Columbia Crossroads, PA; sisters, Roseanne (David) Truesdale of Horseheads and Mary (Rocky) Morgan of Erin; grandchildren, Shae-Lynn, Kaitlyn, Corey, Matthew and Mary-Faith; along with several nieces and nephews. Gladys was a past member of the CWV and the Elmira Heights American Legion. Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, December 30th from 11 am to 1 pm at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place there at 1 pm. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

So glad I took the time to talk with aunt glady we spent many hours talking after my divorce ,we would start with hello old friend and talk for hours ,she never judge me rip you will always be in my heart xxxxxxxx
