Harold Diffenderfer

Harold C. Diff Age 74 of Breesport, NY passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 11, 2006. He was born on November 12, 1931 in Hummelstown, PA the son of the late Edward and Edith Heckman Diffenderfer. He was the owner and operator of H. C. Diffenderfer, Inc. Concrete and Pool Company in Breesport, NY. He married his wife Mei Fong Diffenderfer on September 30, 1986. Diff's hobbies include antique car restoration, water skiing and was a sprint car racing fan. He was pre-deceased by three brothers and three sisters. Mr. Diffenderfer is survived by his wife Mei Fong Diffenderfer; sons: Marlin Diffenderfer and fiancé Catherine Schroth of Breesport, NY; Andy Diffenderfer and Alan Diffenderfer both at home; daughters and sons-in-law: Susan and Frank Kowal of Elmira, NY; Robin and Carl Holmqvist of Bangor, PA; Vicki and Mike Cooke of Stroudsburg, PA; seven grandchildren; a great granddaughter and sister: Shirley Funk of Hershey, PA; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of caring friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Lynch Funeral Home 318 West Broad Street Horseheads, NY on Sunday January 15, 2006 from 2-4 PM.
