My thoughts and prayers go out to Dr. Kelley and his family and friends. I met him on his first day at USDA Food Safety Inspection Service and directed his orientation for the week in the Albany District Office. He was a good man and it was nice meeting a fellow Elmirian.

Our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Dr Kelley took care of all of our animals until the day he retired, and we have missed him since that day. We could call him day or night and he could usually tell you what to do, over the phone. He provided care that can't be matched today. He truly had compassion. He was the best of the best.
