Percy W. Musser, 79, of Mansfield, died July 5, 2017.
Services will be held at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main St. Wellsboro, PA from 10 am to 12 noon, on Saturday, July 8, 2017. Funeral service to follow at 12:00 noon.
