Robert W. Latshaw Sr.

Robert W., Sr. Age 69, of Bethany Village, Horseheads, passed away at home Monday, Feb. 7, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Helen (Personius); sons and daughters, Arthur Latshaw of Elmira Heights, NY, Robert Jr. (Barbara) Latshaw of Elmira, NY, Charles (Melonie) Latshaw of Prattville, AL, Laurie Jo (Steve) Spears of Nowata, OK, Cherie (Ricky) Williamson of Monks Corner, SC, Harletta Jones of Elmira; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and brother, Charles (Rose) Latshaw of Elmira; and sisters, Ruth Latshaw of Pahrump, NV, and Sharon Youmans of Big Flats. Bob was also predeceased by his parents, Charles and Alberta Latshaw. For many years he was the Owner Operator of Latshaw's Automotive in Elmira Heights. He was service manager for the Naval Exchange on Charleston, SC and retired as Plantation Manager with Bolan Hall Plantation in Ridgeland SC. He was also a veteran of the US Airforce. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 So. Main St., Horseheads on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2005, from 4-6:00 p.m., where members of the Chemung County Color Guard will conclude calling hours with the according of military honors for Mr. Latshaw.
