Rolland Wayne Erickson

Rolland Wayne Formerly of Elmira Heights, NY Age 65 of Tampa, FL. Passed away Monday, August 13, 2001 very unexpectedly at home. He was born May 25, 1936 in Elmira, the son of the late William L. and Margaret E. (VenDemark) Erickson. His loving companion, Wanda Teed of Tampa, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lorraine and Chuck Donald of Horseheads, NY; Joan Marie and Stanley Platko of Litchfield, NH; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert W. and Marlene Erickson of Elmira Heights, NY; Gary L. and Carolyn Erickson of Horseheads, NY; William P. and Alice Erickson of Elmira, NY; survive Rolland; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. His beloved brothers, Ralph H. and Lawrence E. Erickson, preceded him in death. For several years, Rolland was a local and long distance truck driver for various trucking companies. He retired from the Tampa Tribune after 15 years of faithful service in the delivery department. Private Graveside Services will be held in the Maple Grove Cemetery Horseheads, NY at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Olthof Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 Pennsylvania Ave. Elmira, NY.
