Scott Hoffman Obituary
Scott E. Hoffman, age 61 of Carrollton, KY passed this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.
He was born on August 14th, 1958 in Boston, MA to Wilbur and Helen Hoffman. His family moved to Elmira, NY where he grew up on German Street. He was a hard worker and retired as a field supervisor for flour corporation of Irving, TX. He and his wife Tina Hoffman settled down in Carrollton, KY. During his retirement, he found joy in wood-working. He could always be found in his garage building or working on something.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Hoffman; four children, Dee (Chip) Henry, Scott J. (Izaura) Hoffman, Tim Hoffman, and Nicole (Sanjay) Patel; his two stepchildren, Kelly Simmons and Rachel (Paul) Blackburn; his sister, Barbara (Donald) Wolfe; and two brothers, Bill (Charley) Hoffman, and Steve Hoffman, Steve's girlfriend Sonia Gonzalez and all his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Linda Durham.
Scott E. Hoffman's wish was to be cremated with no service.

Scott was a wonderful person. My sweet red haired boyfriend when I was just a early teen. Kind and caring. We all Had such great memories of our neighborhood and he was a shining star in it ! May he Rest In Peace

To the entire Hoffman Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time. I knew Scott for 40 + years and the rest of his family as we grew up together. All the good times we had at Parker field, football games, Home Run Derby. Until we meet again rest in peace

Thank you for the beautiful Obit. This sums him up, very hard worker, and was a talented woodshop worker. There wasn't anything he couldn't make. I've been very proud to know him from our neighborhood and one of my closest friends. Rest now Scotty your work here us comeplete. Condolences to The Hoffman Children and his siblings. Laurie Dunn.
