Barbara Pinder Obituary
Funeral Services will be Wednesday afternoon, October 18, 2023 at 2 o'clock at Heritage Holiness Church. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 o'clock until the time of the service at the church. Flowers are accepted, or donations may be made to Heritage Holiness Church, 3836 Ladson Road, Ladson, SC 29456.
Barbara was born June 22, 1940 in Charleston, SC, a daughter of the late Robert Lee Blocker and Ruth Esther Proctor. She was the pianist for Heritage Holiness Church, a part of Silver Slippers, and was a special singer in the church choir.
Barbara leaves behind her sons, David Labelle of Moncks Corner, SC and Michael Labelle of Hurlock, MD; daughters, Phillis Labelle Sewell and Kimberly Westerfield, both of Moncks Corner, SC; sisters, Linda Winters of Goose Creek, SC and Ernestine McGrew of Ladson, SC; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and her loving cat, Scooby. She is predeceased by her husband, Kenny Pinder; and a granddaughter, Jessica Jester.
